Someone give Lewis and Seb stock cars and fly them out to Michigan

Martin, Martin, Martin...just stop. Really poor line of question and badly timed. Making an embarrassment out of an already farcical situation.

the main point is:

stewards must NOT change track positions at their will, except if like is a blatant move

they want to show off more than the drivers, and Vettel is totally in his right. Hamilton did the same when Mercedes screwed him

I feel like they should've left the investigation open until after the race and properly made a decision after hearing both sides of the story. The decision just felt a little rushed given the magnitude of it.

Surprised to see Vettel so sporting on the podium and actually toasting the champagne and even bothering to answer Martin's cringeworthy questions.

that's because stewards wants to take the stardom away from the drivers to themselves

2020 Canadian Grand Prix:

Tarmac runoff at that chicane and a FIA cone on the exit to denote exactly where you can rejoin later on the track

I wonder what the team has done to get Vettel on the podium.

What are the penalties if you do not attend that?

once Gary Lineker said "F1 is a simple sport, you got 20 drivers, you go fast then some stewards screw big time and Lewis always wins"

Am I hearing wrong or did Wolff just say that you have to leave a car width when rejoining? Because I'm pretty sure Vettel left a car width, seeing that Hamilton finished the race with all his wheels attached

Where was Hamilton 's penalty for rejoining after he cut the chicane in Monaco? Was also on the racing line. Total bullshit this penalty, killing the race for the win. This combined with f1tv crashing before the start and only working again after half a race, they really want to stop people from watching this I think.

It's too bad this race will always be remembered for this farcical decision instead of a top battle between Vettel and Hamilton going toe to toe the entire race.

5 secs. penalties were never subject to penalty before. That's rules.

Let's face it, other than Canada, Singapore & Monaco, Hamilton would have driven round the outside on the astroturf.

Post-race hearings are so old school. F1 Liberty works the American racing way, you don't change the results hours or days after the flag falls.

I thought they were looking for the good old times, but you know focusing on races like Dijon 1978 and Hungary 1986

but all they want to see is Suzuka 1989

The fact they did award this penalty during the race affected it directly. This prevented Hamilton from attacking Vettel later on. Protesting this would be quite a tricky thing if you look on Mercedes side.

I can't stand Vettel, but hate the penalty.
Apart from the thing that it was entertaining to see some show after the race, Vettel just showed his weak points, made another mistake when having a chance, and making a childish outburst after that.
