Would have been an easy win for verstappen if he was able to pass early on. Even with the penalty

And if the stewards had any consistency at all Verstappen would be in the back half of the points.

Hamilton did not make one mistake so we need to applaud him for that.

I honestly hope they start to call his bullshit. Fuck off with his constant “I’m in big trouble all is doomed” followed by a win or fastest lap

Damn impressive how he managed it, I just wish they didn't play his radio drama so much.

He was right all along and that was just a 92 like race from Lewis

I blame FOM a lot for that. There were 19 other drivers in the race they could hear from and they pretty much ignored all of them.

Race would've been better if they showed the racing point/Renault stuff etc

He does it every race. I strongly doubt his tires where even half as bad as he tried to make us all believe

Yeah, we can only wonder how much moaning on the virtual radio there was in the pitboard era  The leap in technology makes the modern drivers look way too drama-queenish.

If you know the result and know that nothing has happened AT ALL after the SC, then yeah, this was a terrible race. But there was tension during the race, things COULD happen and tgat makes it one of the best races so far in 2019.

I'm sure his tires were in a terrible state. He was lapping 2-3 seconds per lap slower than what would have been possible. But it is Monaco, passing is impossible. That's how Ricciardo won last year.

TBK: I loved that battle between Senna and Mansell, how gripping.

Also TBK: Fucking hell, you can't overtake here. What a shit circuit, look at that.

For the record, yes I would've been bitching about Monaco 92 if we were around then lol

To be honest, Hamilton had a perfect drive, but Max had tyres in bad state also in last part of race, and in the first part of the drama he had the slower tyre anyway.
Hamilton with a brilliant drive, shame the SC and rain couldn't mix it up more.
