Well, these were different situations. Max got punished for an unsafe release. Gio got punished for causing a collision.

Rain and changing to inters will only benefit Hamilton because he is on the wring tyres now, and I don't like that.

Vettel let some room for Verstappen. I guess his tyres are in a better situation than Max or Bottas.
