That's swell.
So either we see racing in damp conditions with no one having proper data, or then we can bash Charlie Whiting for not changing the schedule. It's a win-win situation.

The hospital for the Porsche drivers is apparently much closer to the track than the hospital for F1 drivers, as the hospital for the Porsche drivers doesn't have to be as sophisticated, especially wrt neurology.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

Great, another great reason why F1 should have halo. :slaphead:

IN the end, it will be cancelled and then everybody is pointing fingers to each other and wonder how it could have been prevented. The new owners return to the US in shock and will sell F1 to the teams.

I guess for attending audience that wouldn't be an issue as stands in Shanghai stay mostly empty

The two weather forecasts that I checked say that will be dry tomorrow and definitely wet for the race.

So, We'll have JJ bashing Charlie a lot throughout the Sunday :D

Btw, did anyone notice how snappy those wet tyres are?

Only Carlos Sainz managed to recover his car, but on the very last moment. Haas drivers, Hulk(and maybe somebody else I'm forgetting) all had their cars going with no hope of recovery.

I love this, a wet race would be fantastic with these tyres, pitty that won't happen though as Charlie will just keep them running behind the SC until half points can be granted.

I would love to see how the new cars race in the wet, but I'd take a dry race over a cancelled one.

Ironic that the main sponsor is Heineken, which is a Dutch company that sells rainwater!

and I thought it was the drivers that didn't were able to race in the rain, never thought a chopper would be responsible for the farce

Looks currently just as smoggy as yesterday, but I presume this is the best conditions China can have.

Looks like the rain forecast for tomorrow has changed, so that it won't stop raining in the morning but probably continues till the evening. So proper wet race possible!
No wonder, since they can't utilize Bernie's Rainmaster 3000™ anymore.
