Yeah, but when everyone has DRS, nobody has DRS.

I'm sure that on a track with nothing but two hairpins and a straight, the field would remain pretty bunched up, largely within one second of one another, and DRS would do the rest.

if they run Avus or Monza without chicanes, they must run with zero downforce on both wings or DRS open at all times

There's something flowing out of the top of the car. Fuel?

If that is fuel why would it be pouring out the top of the car like that?

I've never seen it happen like that before. There shouldn't any reason the fuel would come out there, it would be flowing from somewhere else surely?

Ted Kravitz was suggesting it could have been a fuel line issue. I guess if the pump is still pumping fuel through the system & there's a break in the fuel line it would have enough pressure to pump the fuel out like that.

However why would a fuel line be at the top of the car & why would they not be able to switch it off to stop the flow.

Renault say that the issue with Magnussen's car was that they were running a full tank & suffered a leak from a breather, Also said they were running some experimental parts in preparation for Mexico.

As much as I don't like tarmac for professional series, that turn must be awesome to learn braking under lateral load with no fear of hurting oneself/damaging property.
