He may well, but financially there may well be an issue. Sahara owns 50% of the team, which is some relief.

I just got back from spending 3 weeks in India and the local news channels were filled, almost daily, with stories about KFA (Kingfisher Airlines) employees striking due to non-payment of salaries for 6+ months, more and more flights getting cancelled and a growing number of extremely angry customers getting stranded at airports. So somehow I think Mallya has a lot more shit coming his way. But corruption in India is still so rampant that these uber-wealthy guys always seem to get away with it in the end.

If you're on Twitter and not following Taki Inoue, then do it.

De Villota insisted she had been overwhelmed by the messages of support received from all around the world. But in my case, nobody cared. When I got an accident at Hungaroring '95, no one sent any support message to me. I received only invoice from hospital from Hungary.

Korean GP circuit looks many grand stand seats available. Basically nobody there like a zombieland. Smell dead meat and garlic.

I'm probably going to get alot of shtick for asking this but, Does anyone believe that Felipe Massa can still win a championship given the drivers had equal status? I believe Massa is essentially Ferraris' number 2.

No.

He had his chance in 2008 but it never came together.

He has the ability to be as quick as Alonso over a single lap and sometimes over a race, but usually he can't string a race weekend together or have the consistency across a season that Alonso does.

Even in 2008, he made some errors that cost him the title. You can point to Hungary and Singapore (and let's not forget the F2008 was faster than the MP4-23, as well as Lewis having a platinum card with the stewards) but Massa also made errors.

He's never been confident on the Pirelli tyres, and perhaps mentally he had that feeling that he was doing something wrong. Maybe his podium will give him some pace back, but considering the level of talent out there now, I'd guess he'll be back to how he was in 2010, rather than 2007/8.

Speed has confirmed on record it was outbid by another network for #F1

As I reported earlier, the other network is NBC, or an NBC Sports combo. Not sure what that means to #IndyCar

Let's hope NBC/NBCSN can bring the SPEED commentators over, or else it could end up as terrible as the races CBS did in 05-06.

Ralph Shaheen was a poor commentator by F1 standards.

Assuming most of the races would realistically air on NBC Sports Network, and that all they air during the morning hours are hunting shows/infomercials, there's no reason why they shouldn't air the races live.

Unless they're cheap fucks, of course.

Given how everybody looking at it will be tripping, do you think the officials would notice, infact even see a car straight line that section?

Canada 2007 springs to mind, except it was the FOX broadcast.

Look at what they did to the Olympics.

Also, Bob Varsha has contract with SPEED/Fox for 2013.

Will Buxton went to Twitter and said he would be interested in covering Indycar races on TV.

I couldn't care less where Buxton ends up. Especially after the crap he pulled last week.
