Formula Blue Balls strikes again. Brilliant race, so many contenders, and yet we still end up with Lewis winning by 30 seconds Nuke it all and start again |

or sportscars manufacturers only to have factory teams, or disallow them to use factory resources, just what they gather from sponsorship non manufacturers are clear |

We may not have got an unexpected winner but as a motorsport fan I enjoyed watching the masterclass Hamilton put on today. He didn't win that race because of the car. |

No-one here will like it, but no way was Mercedes the best car today It's tyre warm up was woeful. but Lewis had the patience to stick with it and hold onto it when the tyres were worn down to the bone Bottas, meanwhile.......well, did what he did. A champion's drive. |

But this wasn't a real classic on track right? Pretty good race not knowing who would win, but it was really hard to have good racing on this track/in these conditions. |

if Ricciardo had won then it would had been a real classic. He's the official classic race winner |

Yeah actual race wasn't a classic. Too little grip off line for any proper racing |

DRS ruined the last half of the race, would've been very different if it stayed off. |

plus the most disappointing part was nobody crashing on the Mercedes triggering a clusterfuck of randomness |

You may not like it but those inters on Lewis' car definitely wore to the point where the Merc became the best car in the conditions. Obviously it was a great drive but just because the conditions were difficult doesn't mean the best car in the field was suddenly rubbish And if anyone wants to "but Bottas" me, he kept changing his tyres so he never got them into the condition where they were actually useful |

When his car was hooked up, it was much faster than the others. If only we had Charles, Lewis and Max close to one another when all their cars worked well. |

Adding to this, Bottas confirmed his car was damaged. Bent steering and damaged front wing as a result of that first lap collision with Ocon |
