actually Maldonado is a open socialist (well, the socialists paid his way to F1) while Senna was just a son of a property owner and used to vote on other rich right wing politicians

Senna/Maldonado both drove for Toleman/Benetton/Renault/Lotus, whereas Senna raced for the real Lotus team.

They also didn't finish their first two Brazilian GPs and are both born in March.

More spookily is they both drove Blue and White "Rothmans" Williams and Black and Gold "JPS" Lotus.
