2 q's:
1) On SKY did they say he's the first Finn since his dad to get pole or he's the first Rosberg since his dad to get on pole? Whatever it was it didn't make much sense to me!
2) does Germany allow dual citizenship? Is Nico a Finnish citizen by way of his dad or did have to choose which country he wanted to belong to?

It would be a disaster if nobody on first two rows won't get the podium.

Sergio who?

Nah, just kidding.

Although, if Sauber are going to win a race, tomorrow looks like the best opportunity. The Mercedes will om nom nom its tyres again, it won't have the DRS available for half the lap, the Lotus isn't as fast, and it's all a question of whether the McLarens and the Red Bulls can catch up.

Too funny that there are no McLarens, Red Bulls, or Ferraris on the front two rows.

What a fantastic qualifying session and what an amazing Top 4! Its very nice to see a Top 4 without any McLaren or RedBull. Kobayashi did an amazing job, looks like that Perez brilliant race at Sepang really wake up Kobayashi, he was extremelly fast. We knew Mercedes was close to a pole position, that they were improving, but a 1-2 is something we could never predict. Raikkonen in 4th, what a fantastic job in his comeback to F1. The race will be great tomorrow, can't wait for it! Just hope the Top 4 won't blew it up at the start. Go Koba! I wanna see Japanese flag in the podium again!

Genuinely think Kamui could win this. Sauber has brilliant tyre preservation and now track position.

Won't be raining tomorrow, right? With a grid like that we don't need any raindrop :P

Norbert Haug speaks like Kimi but with a German accent. Wonder if Kimi took lessons from him on how to make his voice so flat except for occasional cracking..

Yeah, the two germans were smiling and smiling and smiling all the time :p
Lewis mentioned the past together with Nico, that they both wanted to be in Formula 1 and now they are and now they are even together in the press conference :)

Another fact: Vettel said that he was satisfied with his lap...
But I wonder where the McM Qualifying-pace is gone?

Tomorrow's race is going to be interesting. I really hope that Kimi could win this one. If not, then Nico or Kamui.

This is going to be a great season! :flag:

So Lewis is there? I thought Kobayashi was going to the Press Conference, beucase of the 5 places penalty, but it must have been a great PC, first Mercedes pole in a million years, and something interesting, Schumacher was 4th in Australia, 3rd in Malaysia, 2nd in China, so we know who's on pole at Bahrain :p

Just a little question, what is McM?

So all in all Rosberg isn't as useless as I had thought.

Oh yeah, this season is going to be great, many teams with good performances, with chances to win, not just a one team domination, like RBR last season. Tomorrow will be fantastic.

About who's going to win the race, Mercedes has that problem with tyre wear, and Sauber has a great race pace, their problem was the qualifying speed, which they improved, so I believe Kobayashi has a very good chance tomorrow, hope he won't blew it up. Would be great to see the first japanese win in F1. Kimi will also have a great race, its unbeliveable that after the years he was out, he cameback so fast, Kimi is amazing, I really missed him last years, and now we have him back, he's just a natural talent, something very rare and beautiful to see. Rosberg getting his first pole, its a special moment as well as Mercedes getting a pole after so many time, and with a 1-2. McLaren and RBR will be strong tomorrow, but let's see what happens, it seems that this season still has a lot of surprises to show.

According to Finnish MTV3 F1-crew, Sebastian Vettel came to them just before Qualifying and said "I'm so hardcore guy that I eat iron and sh*t steel chain."

That in perfect finnish, without accent.
