Is talking about fuel levels on the radio still disalllowed? At 2 litres per lap they're not going to make it...

Hamilton is extremely smooth on fuel, and has been consistently for the whole season this year, even compared to his teammate on races they fought for.

Couldn't Rosberg shift up then down? Ie. 3rd --> 5th --> 4th
