Found this on gpupdate but no pics of it.
"Jolyon Palmer, who sat out FP1 to give reserve driver Esteban Ocon a run in the RS.16, was unable to make up lost time as he suffered a right-rear puncture on the main straight early on."

In todays over sensitive world a puncture is spectacular. Just like a small nudge in the wall is a major crash.
