Because the analogy doesn't seems accurate imo, The front wings of the 2009 cars will be adjustable by the driver, so even if they will be flatters, they will not lose that enormous downforce in the front, maybe it will understeer a bit(that depends on how much the regs allows the front wings to be lifted) but the analogy of having no front wing is not correct cause the big change will be in the rear wings, so cars will lose rear much easier,but even that is not comparable to say "driving without rear wings", the difference will be huge but it can be much more without any rear wing at all.
editing: after TimoScheiderfan post, I would say it will not be that slow, 6 degrees is a good help in downforce increasing.

that's what I think too but it's difficult to combine that with overtakings.

Length of the wing is an important factor but more important is how much it is lifted, to say it briefly.

And I also think the CDG would be a better solution.

Have they tested and found out that pink/violet is more visible than red?
