Unless you have a 9am, you should stay up for FP1.

Actually, bollocks to that, even if you have a 9am you should stay up.

Is lazyness? I have tomorrow off work but I will be watching FP1 and 2 when I get up and I will be relaxed and well rested all day. :p

Just under 4 hours I think....(Practice 1 is starting at :30 past the hour which is a bit rare for F1 usually!)

Was made aware of a cool radio stream of the event too, basically what the marshals/organisers conversations over radio, some things are interesting, others not but overall its interesting to listen to.

I usually watch (listen this year) to the first session, being the first session after the break. Last year though I can't say I paid any notice to Friday practices, I've got better things to do than spending my Friday's watching people generally sitting around.
