Drop one of the best drivers of 2011. Boo. :(

Williams have these 2011 drivers to choose from:
- Sutil
- Barrichello
- Petrov
- Senna
- d'Ambrosio
- Alguersuari
- Buemi

Not a bad line up!

I have a thesis that If Williams is going with Renault engines next year, they're at least 800 thousandths faster than they're today.

800 thousandths quicker means top 10 easily (taking in comparison the qualifying times from Brazilian Grand Prix). Of course, a great aerodynamic project counts a lot and I don't think Williams is bad enough to the point of making a horrible project.

Of course they don't have any Adrian Newey but they have someone who can actually get a set of Red Bull photos and make a deep study on how they can improve for 2012.

If you have a car that can get top 10 in a racing grid without headache, who you need to drive the car? You need somebody.....who? Rubens Barrichello! That's why I think, more than ever, Frank Williams is praying for Rubens get enough money to assure his seat, because he knows that nobody's better than him to develop the car. A driver like Rubens knows how to make good setups, he's got enough skill. That's why Eike Batista should invest on Rubens.....I'm seriously praying for a miracle!

Rubens time has passed. He got a second chance in 2009, few drivers do.

Give the seat to Sutil. I just hope they don't build another shitbox.

Sutil is not a bad driver...but I doubt he could beat Rubens in equal cars and in equal conditions. For these remaining seats, the only unbalacing factor is money. All is around money in this story....

I know Rubens had his last chance in 2009, but I think he deserved another one. Frank should make a contract per race for Rubens, I mean, If he didn't score the expected goal for the race weekend, he's out. I'm sure Rubens would overcome the image he's got right now If he had a car that could reach top 10 in the grid.

It doesn't matter if Rubens is as good/better than Sutil or not. The point is, at his age, he is only going to get worse. Sutil could get better, and it leaves room for more potential world champions to come into F1. There needs to be turnover of talent. If the teams only chose the safe, reliable, boring options each year like Trulli, Barrichello or Webber instead of someone genuinely exciting who might be a rough diamond, we'd never get anywhere, and the field would just become stale

We're not going to learn any more about Barrichello by giving him another year. He's not going to suddenly transform into a world class driver over night. He has shown what he can do, and it isn't that great any more. So goodbye. Same for Trulli

Changing the subject a bit, does anyone know if Abu Dhabi GP organizers still plan on changing the track to make the racing better?

Don't think they're willing to bulldoze the whole bloody track.

another Abu Dhabi Image.

Please for the love of God stop building car parks with white lines in the middle, they have absolutely no character at all.

Why can't they just go to Potrero de los Funes?

Yeaa, it's a brilliant circuit and it'd be challenging for the drivers.

Yes and it looks safe enough for F1 (with some changes).
