The Korean Grand Prix is a similar I think, a few races and then it was abandoned.

Next year we won't have Malaysia...

In 2013 we had 8 Asian races!

Malaysia at least as the bikes. Remember India's disastrous attempt to get WSBK

Its rather interesting that a lot of the newer races have fallen away and the old establishment is returning. Wouldn't be surprised to see Kyalami make a bid to return its race, given the recent upgrades.

I wish they could get rid of the "rule" that doesn't allow more than one race per country.

To have something like Hockenheim and Nürburgring, Monza and Imola, Silverstone and Donington (?), US GP West/East, it would be great...to keep F1 racing where it should.

There was also this from the last Indian Gp:

I was watching a local series race on that track a few weeks back & a massive bump has appeared towards the end of the straight that was causing the cars to take off.

Yeah, but then we'll hear "all countries must be treated equally! It can't be unjust!"
Someday they will limit the grid to have only 1 driver per nationality, and equal share from each continent.

EDIT:  That bump! I'd like to see F1 drive through it.

Tbh I would like to see a few more non European drivers. The 2017 grid has very few.

The 2017 grid has too few drivers, and cars. End of story.

That's the problem.

Too few cars for drivers and not enough teams to provide cars. Don't think 3 car teams is the answer either and I definitely hope not.

Only if every team is forced to run three cars is thast a solution, and when most of the problem is that half the grid can barely field two complete cars, forcing them to run a third will only make the problrm worse. Fix the original problem first (fairer prize money system) before fixing it's effects (lack of cars).

No, I also liked it, eventhough the racing was not that great, but that's the story of the decade. South Korea was also nice, location was just idiotic and the government probably realized that.

What about when it rains and water/ oil/ muck gets on the inside of the shield as well as on the drivers visor?

Like the helmet rule. Always the right priorities...

At every start of new season we need max 2 races to get used to the driver helmets and to know who is who..
But this is not the way to go... there is a lot of info on the tv feed all the time so we dont need that.
There are better things that F1 needs to sort out than this useless stuff.
We know who is who on the track!

Tearoffs. Both inside and outside. Shouldn't to be too hard to make and for the driver to operate.

They could use a standard number graphic on all cars, like a simple white circle or square with a black number in, as currently some teams tend to blend the number into the livery.

Also, FOM could very easily reintroduce car numbers into the driver/team name graphics like the good ol' days.

and let other teams race with older cars, they could run a parallel championship not counting points for constructors

is a nice opportunity to see more drivers and to increase the grid
