S5000 will be headlining the Shannons Nationals schedule in 2019 along with TCR Australia.

TCR Australia will run a 3 race BTCC style race format for the 2019 season. Endurance length races is currently being considered for future years. Michelin has been named as tire supplier of the series

SBS has increased their coverage of Shannon's Nationals, as each round will feature live coverage. Each round will feature 1 hour on Saturday & 2 hours on Sunday. The main focus for the live coverage includes TCR Australia, S5000 & Australian GT. Live streaming has also been expanded with coverage on Saturday being added for each round.

That was a pretty good start to the series.

There was some good racing in the early laps before the field got kinda spread out but that's to be expected given most of the teams probably haven't got much of a grip on the cars yet.

I wouldn't say there was a packed crowd but there was definitely a not terrible amount of people there, I'm 99% certain that would be the biggest ever crowd for a Shannons Nationals event.

Stream should be up if every race is supposed to be shown but it is not. This is source of the stream and there is no scheduled stream either.
