Apparently the ambulance you could see from the live-stream onboard at Pflanzgarten was for the #1 Audi. The driver Christian Mamerow is supposed to be ok though.

German commentators know more than English? No word on RLM other than an ambulance on track at Planzgarten. Hoping for the best.

They have a pitreporter who got the information from the Audi team.

Don't think you can blame all of it on RLM's capability. The German guys have more resources and personnel there to gather info.
