Glad the police have seen sense, the imprisonment is a good one but hope that's not the only thing they can / will charge him with. Unless the only evidence they're relying on is the video and the girlfriend screaming, all I can imagine it will take to free him is the girlfriend saying "no I was ok, he wasn't falsely imprisoning me. I could have got out of the car at any time of my choosing and it was my choice to get into the car with him".
