the Intercontinenal GT Challenge enters their 3rd round of 2017 at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca for the California 8 Hours. The main race has a short entry list with only 19 cars entered for the 8 hour endurance contest. Supporting the weekend includes the Touring Car classes of Pirelli World Challenge, the Global Mazda MX-5 Cup "Challenge" (all star event) and the Pirelli GT3 Trophy Cup USA.

Yeah, it is a bit weird how they could not pull more entries from Europe too... maybe PWC are afraid of the lenght since it is a sprint series. Promotion has been terrible too apparently.
