How could they even use that with racing gloves on. You can use a capacitive screen with gloves if you sew a conductive patch into the finger tips - these are pretty cheap and common. It definitely hasn't had the best reviews; you would hope that Tesla allowed them to create an app or custom screen which contains only the controls they need. I don't think big-screen Google Maps is a priority |

Electric GT has lanuched their new race-ready Tesla today at Catalunya, and has some drivers & media testing it out as well. - Current schedule, most of the rounds still TBA but several confirmed with Jerez being the season opener in November. 11/03-04/2018 - Jerez TBA - Paul Ricard TBA - ? 06/28-29/2019 - Nurburgring GP 07/20-21/2019 - Assen TBA - Silverstone TBA - ? 10/12-13/2019 - Portimao - Races will be 60km in length, and each race weekend will feature 2 races. |
