It was definitely two cars. They mentioned two Ferrari's as well.

The two drivers involved should be Vadim Kogay and Marcus Mahy.

From the tyre marks, I suspect they both got locked together going through the corner side by side and both went straight on into the tyre wall head on with the one bouncing all the way back to the road.
