He will take a drive himself around the track and then decides what to do.

Anyway, Race Control says that after they announce a restart it'll be 90 minutes until it actually goes green. So a MINIMUM of a 90 minute delay from now. But as RLM have said, it is looking like the flooding round the back won't fix itself during the night, so it might be daylight by the time it restarts.

I think daylight is a very likely guess.
