Things look quite messy, but Superstars appears to be reborn as Euro V8 Series and will run a six races schedule for this season only.

From 2015 on, a new sanctioning body (led by Daniele Audetto) will take over and the series will be renamed Super Touring Series.

2014 calendar:

Apr 6th – Monza, Italy
May 4th – Vallelunga, Italy
May 18th – Mugello, Italy
Jun 22nd – Brno, Czech Republic
Sept 21st – Sachsenring, Germany
Oct 5th – Hockenheim, Germany

That commentator is a total dumbass. I haven't watched this series for a couple of years but he's still as bad as he was then. Let's see:
- A car smoking coming out of a corner = a lock up :slaphead:
- Thinking Schiattarella's was car smoking from the exhaust when it clearly wasn't :slaphead:
- Constantly mispronouncing drivers' and teams' names incorrectly, sometimes calling them something else entirely :slaphead:
- Referring to the drivers as riders :slaphead:
- Eddie Cheever commentates on NASCAR, apparently :slaphead:
- A couple of years ago in a GT Sprint race I remember a Ferrari having an obvious rear tyre failure and spinning off. Even after a close-up slow-motion replay the dipshit still thought "he just lost it" :slaphead:

He has an incredibly obnoxious manner of speaking, too.
