But he probably didn't have to as Hapsburg would surely have been penalised for taking the lead at the chicane by using the short cut?

Puicini wins with last corner pass! Habsburg cut the 2nd chicane and was first, but Puicini made it! 2nd Habsburg and 3rd Troitsky with 0.009s loss to 2nd

Bit lame of Stroll really...

Either he knows he can't buy his way to the top equipment for that race or he knows he's a Williams driver next year and doesn't want to risk it

Either way, another indication he's a "by the numbers" driver rather than a true RACER.
