So this is the same FIA that said in Bianchi accident report that poor light was contributing factor to his crash and that they would no longer allow running in similar conditions? Good to see they are still proving themselves to be incompetent hypocrites.

This. It would be bad enough letting experienced F1 drivers out in those conditions, let alone young GP3 drivers
