A meeting of funny accents.

I thought it was a pretty entertaining race. Fastest three drivers throughout the race took the top 3 places. Only person I felt bad for in the end was Kanaan. He deserved more than what he came away with.

TK was struggling before the caution, he really should have come in.

I think of your avatar every time I see Tony George being interviewed.

When did Arthur made such kind of comparisons? Just for curiosity...

Look back over the last few pages of the Detroit race thread.

He'll be strong at Pocono. Montoya is one of the few old-school racers around these days, which is why I've liked him so much ever since 1999. Hell, even back then he was one of the few old-school racers.

I won't get to see Pocono live though. The next race I can watch live is Mid-Ohio since I'll be without access to a computer till then.

The best part for me was just after I logged off.

Carpenter tried to get a high 5 off his kid, his kid wouldn't so he just slapped him in the face instead lol

If I was Ed's kid I'd do the same.

Sound like a true decedent from Tony George. Slapping you in the face when you are at your height of your power.

Also calibrate those opinions against his denouncing of the track which just produced the best grand prix of the season so far >_______________<

Carpenter+Conway would be 3rd in the championship. That team is going from strength to strength. Incredibly well executed season so far. If they can find funding for a 2nd full time car, they would be a serious threat for the title (barring they find a good enough driver, like Pagenaud or Newgarden).

Did they ever post up the highlight video for this race yet?
