Well as it turned out, Newsham just suffered a puncture.

Looks like maybe a high kerb flipped her over in the middle of maggots/becketts and the grass did the rest...

It'll be interesting to see if anyone else comes a cropper on that section then...

It would have to be a bloody big kerb to flip one of those things over. These aren't Abarths

And they do take quite a bit of kerb around there. Only thing I can think of is that she got hit by another car at an odd angle.

Well by the looks of it she could have been hit in the rear to send her over.

I think she was tapped before she went off then the flip happened due to the fact she hit the kerb from the inside rather than its usual direction.

Was that the only angle shown or did they show any of the fancams during an interview or whatever?
