That took longer than it should have.

Fire extinguishers should have been on as soon as they got there.

Why they not tried to extinguish the fire while getting her out?

There's no excuse for a response that slow.

Glad Simona's OK.

Agree. I was like "FFS guys, get her the fuck out of there now!"

Hopefully she's ok.

Why the hell didn't they have fire extinguishers with them?

EDIT: BTW did they show a replay of Simona's crash?

Ed Carpenter a couple of years back at Chicagoland comes to mind, but Ed at least got out of there fast.

That first guy was trying to help Simona out of the car, I don't know why the others weren't.

Why are they focusing on the pitstop and the tour de france when they have a much bigger story in the fire and the poor rescue from it?

I smell an order from up above "no replays of that..."

Hate to say it, but looked like they were taking their sweet time trying to make that water hose working. Would've been faster for them guys to crank out the extinguisher and put that fire out. They didn't do that until way later...

And there was only one guy trying to get Simona out, which was rather unexcusable.

Sounds like Davey Hamilton was making excuses for the safety workers on IMS Radio?
