Juan Manuel Correa had his surgery last Sunday and the doctors deemed it successful. They are still cautious but the odds of a good recovery are there.

This might be a weird question, but does anyone think there's a chance he hasn't been told there was a fatality in the same crash?

Think it was confirmed early on that he was aware and pretty upset about it, as you'd expect
