ESPN said Danica did not drop the f-bomb, apparently it was "freaking" what they heard...

I heard frecking, which tends to be a grey area on UK TV.

I think it was Fricking but between the transmission garbling and her being buffeted in the cockpit it was a bit indecipherable

Still, people will hear what they wanna hear. I remember a HUGE fuss kicked up about an episode of Neighbours, of all things, using an F-word when it was CLEAR the character said "Paul Frickin Robinson"....
Not everyone's sound system is up to par, I suppose.

It does kinda paint Danica in the same image as Eliot "Frick on a brick" Reed in Scrubs though...

Who cares if she swore? She doesn't have to apologise, and she shouldn't get respect for it. It's a word.

Nobody actually cares.
Talking about it makes people think that people care.

One thing I hate about ESPN is how it's always the Danica Patrick show. Like any oppertunity they have to suck up to her, they do

"The race highlights: Franchitti is leading, Danica is 9th, and there was a 1st lap crash..."

Yeah, I hate this too. "Danica is currently running 9th, the best lady on the field apart from Simona de Silvestro, who's running 2nd."

I really don't understand why anyone gives a shit.

Anyway, an entertaining season opener, if for the reason that these guys can't drive.
