How come this Lotus team is so crap? I haven't really followed Indycar this season.

Lotus stopped developing engine in January and those are effects.

Lotus should have never went with F1 program. Indy program would cost them 1/5th of what they spend in F1.

They didn't even have enough money for one programme.

They were supposed to have paid Dragon $5 million by this point.

Hinchcliffe - outlap 152, warm up 225.258, lap 1 225.974, lap 2 225.767, lap 3 225.686. lap 4 225.138 With a 4 lap average 225.642. that'd beat Marco

I think they might reach 227 mph without tow. With tow 230 mph shouldn't be a problem.

EDIT: that last lap from RHR was with a small tow from Carpenter
