So, they're penalizing him for jumping a start that was waved off? That's still kinda fucked up, IMO. |

Yeah I think the TV crew is misunderstanding the penaly. Penalizing him on the waved off start is stupid, but slightly less stupid than that clearly no-penalty restart. |

It also looks like from those two restarts that he wasn't lined up in the same position. Maybe that was the penalty? |
